Eisai Co., Ltd. (TSE:4523) announced today that on October 27, 2004, it had established its pharmaceuticals marketing subsidiary, Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Private Ltd. in India.
In India, Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Private Ltd. will sell and promote pharmaceuticals developed by Eisai including ARICEPT, an Alzheimer’s disease treatment, and Aciphex/Pariet, a proton pump inhibitor, and other pharmaceuticals.
